Bathroom remodel

 in Auburn

Sewer back-flowed into basement.  Complete demo downstairs.  Re-insulated basement, added a bedroom, took out the bath-tub, inserted a shower, new flooring, electrical, and heating. 

 Water spigot failed in Redmond so we installed drywall, paint, replaced about 80sqft of hardwoods, sanded and re-stained all the flooring.  We also replaced about 250 linear feet of insulation in the crawlspace.  We worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. 

Buyer purchased a townhome in Kent and was not made aware that the roof was leaking into the wall.  Like new 

New flooring and repaired  drywall.  House is less than a year old and the plumbing was installed incorrectly causing us to rebuild the kitchen.

Shower pan was not properly sealed. Unfortunately with slow leaks, insurance companies will typically deny the claim.  We replaced the subfloor and rebuilt a custom tile shower pan.  We waterproofed it correctly so there will be no more issues.  We were also able to match the existing LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring.

Mercer Island

Bathroom in Tacoma.  Pipe burst in wall.  Had to demo the wall and floor. We worked with insurance to cover the claim.  They had vinyl sheeting and a single sink vanity. We added Luxury Vinyl Plank(LVP) tile floor and a vanity with a second sink. 

The dishwasher failed and the kitchen cabinets and flooring needed to be removed.  We had to negotiate with the owner's insurance company and the HOA to cover costs. Once approved, we installed LVP throughout, new cabinets, 3cm Quartz counters, stone backsplash, and a porcelain farm sink 

 In this Bellevue home, the water Heater failed in the basement.  Quite a bit of drywall work was done and Pergo was removed/replaced with LVP.
